ORDERS & DELIVERY
We accept the following methods of payment: PayPal or Stripe payments. Kingdom reserves the right to change its payment methods at any time. Orders are dispatched from Australia within 5 business days of cleared payment unless otherwise specified.
Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery within Australia. Please allow 10-15 business days for international delivery.
Delivery times are estimates only. Should your item not be delivered within these time frames, please trace using tracking number provided. Free postage and handling within Australia and New Zealand. International postage and handling is charged at a flat rate.
All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Returns will not be accepted based on non-payment of any taxes and duties.
Extra care has been taken during packing to ensure your Kingdom sneakers arrive undamaged. Due to the nature of freight movements, although unlikely, it is possible minor damage may occur to external layers of packaging.
When placing your order, it is important to submit accurate shipping information. We will ship to the address provided and will not be liable for any lost packages due to incorrect shipping information. We will only shipping addresses and will not ship to P.O Boxes. When using PayPal we will only ship to “confirmed” addresses. Kingdom reserves the right not to fulfil an order based on destination address.
All of our sales may incur duty, taxes and other charges depending on the Import regulations of your country (the value of the goods and so on).
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be as order values vary and destination country rules and regulations vary.
In order to ensure the earliest possible delivery of your order, please pay these charges in a timely manner if requested by DHL.

Whilst every care is taken for the website to remain up to date with available sizes, errors are possible. Should you purchase a particular size that is no longer available, we will contact you with the option to select a different size. Should you wish to decline this option, a full refund will be issued.
Once an order is placed it cannot be changed or amended, please take care to ensure all details are correct before submitting your order.
Kingdom sneakers have been created by sneaker collectors with extensive personal collections in a range of brands and styles. We believe our sizing is ‘true to size’ and comparable to other major sneaker brands.
Each pair of Kingdom sneakers will be delivered with a hand numbered white outer sleeve, gold embossed tin, certificate of authenticity signed by the designer, a satin travel bag with logo and gold shoelace ended draw cord and your exclusively numbered limited edition shoe jewellery.
Accepted payment methods are Paypal, Visa, Mastercard. Credit card surcharges do not apply.
Kingdom may, from time to time, send you email communications regarding new products, updates and events. Your personal information will not be disclosed to a third party. You can unsubscribe at any time.

REFUND / EXCHANGE
Each pair of Kingdom sneakers is individually checked by our designer before dispatch to ensure the quality meets the standards of the brand. If however you require a refund or exchange, please note the below policies.
A refund/exchange form must be completed and returned within 7 days of receipt. This form can be obtained by contacting us at sales@kingdomsneakers
If you have purchased the incorrect size, you may return your sneakers for an exchange pending availability. Please complete and return (via email) the return/exchange form. You will need to purchase and pay for the new correct size. Once your original sneakers have been received by Kingdom (postage at your cost) a refund for the original order minus handling costs will be processed immediately.
If you receive the incorrect size, or faulty sneakers, please complete and return the refund/exchange form. We will contact you with details on how to return your sneakers (postage at our cost) and once received by Kingdom, the replacement sneakers will be sent to you (postage at our cost) or a refund arranged immediately.
Great care and months of testing have taken place to ensure your Kingdom sneakers will be the most comfortable and durable sneakers you own. However, should your Kingdom sneakers become faulty over time, a refund or exchange will be considered. Only manufacturing faults will be considered, general wear and tear is not eligible. Please email a photo of the fault with an explanation to email@example.com no more than 6 months from date of purchase.

Sneakers must be received within 28 days of acceptance of your refund / exchange form.
Sneakers must be in original unworn condition, and all components received must be returned in full and in original condition.
Failure to comply with these policies will disqualify your refund or exchange.
If you return goods to us, you are responsible for claiming any available refund of duties and taxes paid by you.
